Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.

Note: Please note: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of your subscription.

Refunds

Because our service is digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we will consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

• You were charged more than once in error.
• You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented access to the platform, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact our support team at info@chatpi.lk within 7 days of the billing date. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of mind
• Lack of usage
• Dissatisfaction unrelated to technical failure
• Failure to cancel before next billing
